As you step into the fully renovated top floor of The Brick & Timber, you immediately notice the: 

  • Open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with custom gas fireplace, unique day bed, and cozy Article furniture
  • Chef's kitchen with quartz countertops, Viking gas stove, double Miele dishwasher and loads of shelf space for your food 
  • 9-foot concrete table with seating for 12 guests 
  • Individually styled king bedrooms with 3 of 4 having ensuites and other being across hall from main bathroom  
  • Unique bunk beds integrated into living space for extra accomodations
  • Double washer and dryers to handle all laundry

The Brick & Timber's open-concept main floor space acts an exhibit studio for local artists' work and is ready for your creative vision. All rentals include access to this main floor space. Whether hosting a scrapbooking retreat, a gallery walk, corporate strategy offsite, or an intimate group dinner, this space is versatile and will be sure to impress your guests: 

  • 900 sqft of open space with room for 30-40 in a sit down arrangement and 60-70 in a cocktail setting
  • 100+ year old maple hardwood floors that have been fully refinished and bring warmth and character to your event 
  • Hanging Douglas Fir timber beams with integrated dimming lights that match the mood 
  • Free use of tables and black table clothes - 4x 6' long sitting tables and 6x 3' diameter cocktail tables 
  • Attached accessible restroom with wheelchair access

Press the bookshelf to reveal a hidden doorway that leads down the stairwell to your own private 'speakeasy' lounge complete with: 

  • Regulation pool table with all cues and balls

Marvel at the ingenuity of the local craftsman from the 1900's that built this 5400 sqft building. Wander down Historic Mainstreet in Coleman to view the unique architecture and history of this mountain town. Over it's 115 year life the building was used as a fraternal hall, an apothecary, a men's hat and clothing store, a residence, and a pottery studio
